Colorado Meditates is a virtual statewide initiative to meditate collectively every month for 15 minutes. This initiative will kick start a massive community effort in expanding health and healing in the state of Colorado and beyond.

Meditation has been scientifically proven to boost immunity and provide support for our total well-being. In addition, there are many cascading positive effects- which we have listed below! Collectively these benefits expand ten fold, and is our WHY behind these events. 

Who are these for? 

These virtual meditations are perfect for anyone who thinks they "aren't good at meditating" or have never tired it before. It is also perfect for people who have been meditating for years. 

Who can attend?

Anyone! We encourage you to invite friends, family, coworkers, or your neighbor next door. 

Why virtual?

Considering the state of the world right now in a global pandemic, connecting virtually to meditate is a privilege and opportunity that cant be passed up, Right?!

What is collective meditation? 

Its a moment by moment practice where we all sit together in silence, to awaken and get present. 

Why is it guided? 

It will be guided with easy exercises and body awareness suggestions to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for everyone. Guided meditations are a great way to learn tools and tips for meditation. 

Who will guide?

The first meditation will be guided by Morgan Ballinger and Samantha Badeau. After that we hope to bring on more guides to lead us through these collective meditations every month in 2021. Please note the link to access each LIVE meditation will take you to the Instagram profile of the guide. From there you will then click on their live video when the meditation event starts.
